Stagway Travels – Transparent & Secure Payments

We ensure a smooth booking experience with clear payment terms and secure processing.

Booking Confirmation

  • 50% advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
  • Remaining 50% balance must be paid before pickup or at hotel check-in (as applicable).
  • Booking is confirmed only after advance payment is received.

Airfare & Activity Charges

  • 100% advance payment required for Air Tickets.
  • Full payment required for Train Tickets & Activities.
  • Helicopter services & special permits require complete advance payment.

Accepted Payment Methods

We accept UPI, Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), Razorpay Secure Gateway, and Debit/Credit Cards. All transactions are processed through secure and verified payment channels to ensure customer safety and transparency.

All prices are subject to availability. Delayed balance payment may result in cancellation. Seasonal surcharges may apply during peak travel periods. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy.
