Stagway Travels – Cancellation & Refund Rules
Please read the cancellation terms carefully. Refund eligibility depends on the number of days before the scheduled pickup time.
Before 15 Days
Full Refund
100% Refund
If the booking is cancelled before 15 days of the pickup time, you will receive a full refund.
Within 15 Days
25% Charges
Refund After Deduction
If you cancel within 15 days of the pickup time, 25% cancellation charges will be applicable.
Within 7 Days
No Refund
Non-Refundable
If cancelled within 7 days of the pickup time, there will be no refund.
Note: Refund timelines may vary based on payment method (UPI/Bank/Card).
Any third-party charges like flight/train tickets or activity bookings are subject to the respective provider’s policy.
