Stagway Travels – Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms carefully before confirming your booking. By proceeding with payment, you agree to the below terms.
- The tour package cost is based on the itinerary, number of days, and services mentioned in the booking confirmation. Any service not mentioned is not included.
- Hotel check-in time is generally 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Timings may vary from hotel to hotel and, in some cases, check-in may be at 2:00 PM, subject to hotel policy.
- Child Policy: Children aged 0–5 years are complimentary (without extra bed).
- Children above 5 years will be chargeable as per hotel policy.
- The package is calculated on a per-day basis, where one day means one calendar day (12:00 midnight to 12:00 midnight).
- Vehicle usage is limited to the specified itinerary only. Any extra sightseeing, route change, or additional usage will be charged extra.
- Night driving charges of ₹300 per night will be applicable if the vehicle is driven between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
- AC in the vehicle may be switched off in hilly areas or as per safety and government regulations.
- Entry fees, guide charges, meals (except mentioned), boating, activities, and personal expenses are not included unless specifically stated.
- Hotel rooms are subject to availability at the time of booking. If the mentioned hotel is unavailable, a similar category hotel will be provided.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to hotel availability and may attract additional charges.
- Any damage to hotel property or vehicle during the tour shall be borne by the guest directly.
- Stagway Travels acts only as a tour operator and booking facilitator and shall not be responsible for delays or changes caused by weather conditions, roadblocks, strikes, natural calamities, or any unforeseen circumstances.
- Amendments or cancellations will be governed strictly by the cancellation policy shared at the time of booking.
- No refund will be applicable for unused services or early departure from the tour.
